Thank you Carole and Steve for my wonderfull 70th Birthday cake.Not only did it look fantastic,it tasted absolutely goergous,very moist and rich and i can`t stop eating it.What a work of art the yellow rose decoration is,it seems so real.You are truely a very talented cake designer and decorator and will be highly recommended to many people.Thank you once again x x

Just thought i would let you know, the birthday cake in the shape of the sofa was a complete success. Unfortunately my husband didn't want to cut the cake! it took a lot of persuading but finally he did and it was worth the wait.
The cake took pride of place and everyone loved and was surprised by how much detail was on it.
I would definitely recommend your services to anyone i hear mention they are looking for a cake!

The cake was amazing, like nothing anyone had ever seen. It was exactly what we imagined.
I could eat it all over again. It was hard to cut because it was so beautiful but once I had one bite I couldn't help devouring it.
There was a fight for the top choc tier, I beat them down and scoffed the lot!
I don't feel I can explain how amazing the cake was so thought you might like this photo.

Dear Cariads Cakes,
I refer to my telephone converstaion with Carole last evening when i thanked her for the most beautiful fruit cake that she had made for our 40 years of wedded bliss.
we have already cut 60 portions and there is a quarter of the cake still left. Those of our family and friends who have had a piece of the cake have commented how beautiful it was and how moist the cake was - not dry in any way.
We now have enough cake to cut so tht we can give friends who couldnt come to our celebration. a peice.
Again our thanks for making us such a lovely cake and we have no qualms in recommending Cariads Cakes to our friends when they need a celebration cake.

My birthday cake was fabulous and the chocolate portion i managed to get the first slice of was really yummy.
A fab cake in my favourite colours and the gerberas that decorated it were very intricate.
An excellent cake
A good choice made by my now future hubby too, so maybe a wedding cake in the making soon too.

We had a superb fruit cake very nicely decorated for our anniversary, The cake was delicious and everyone wanted more, It didnt last very long in our house, we certainly will be coming back to CARIADS CAKES for another cake for all our celebrations.

Cariads cakes have been great in helping me to decide on the type and style of my wedding cake when I had no idea of what I wanted, there are so many designs and combinations of style available that I had found it hard to decide until Carole pointed me in the right direction, creating a theme for the wedding and incorporating it into the cake, I was very pleased with my cake, it was the focal point in our reception. I have had Christmas cakes from Carole for years and when I got married I wouldn't have gone anywhere else for our cake. She didn't disappoint us, it was a beautiful cake both inside and out.

My birthday cake was a superb surprise, and a bit of a shock, they were just the right shape and size, very spongy just like the real thing, they looked good and tasted great, I will let you guess which cake it was in the gallery.

If you like Christmas Cake you can't beat these. They are very rich and fruity and taste great. I am not one for too much icing and marzipan and Carole fulfilled my request for this. There was plenty to go round and I even gave some to a family friend who thought it was beautiful. However not sure how many calories are in these....(bang went the diet!!!) until the cake was all gone.

I have had several cakes all of which have been outstanding. The quality of the sponge is superb as is the fruit cake. The detail that is put into the decoration is second to none. They have certainly been the talking point at my parties, and hope to be for some years yet. Thank you.

This was a large birthday cake and there was plenty to go round. Sophie loved it and especially loved the little CD disks and mobile phone design. Everyone commented on the fact that the cake tasted great. Thank you for your hard work and time spent on preparing what was an exceptionally good cake.

We would like to thank Carol for the amazing horse racing cake that she created for us. This is the 6th cake we have had from Carol and everyone has been a complete success! The decorations are beautifull and the taste to match. Both sponge and fruit cakes have been made to a great standard and have all been very personal and loved by all the family and friends. Thank you so much and look forward to the next celebration, as we will be definatly returning for our 7th cake. Highly recommended!!! 5* :)
